Malachi went above and beyond for us to repair our washing machine. He is very knowledgeable and personable. A different technician told us it couldn’t be repaired, but Malachi found the part and fixed it!!

Dynamic Appliance has been great. Second time I’ve used them. Was in a real pinch and Scott was able to get my 20 year old KitchenAid up in running. Was afraid I’d have to get a new one. Thanks again and I’ll definitely use you again.

Malachi was great - found the problem quickly, ordered the part, returned with it and was fast, clean and efficient at replacing the problem part. Also gave me cleaning tips for the washer that either weren't in the manual or I never noticed them. He was great!

The problem was quickly diagnosed, and the needed part was ordered right away. It arrived as promised and was installed in less than 24 hours after arrival. The technician called when he was on his way and was on time both visits. A very positive experience all around.
