After identifying a faulty control board, I replaced it with a new one. Following the replacement, I ran a test cycle to ensure the washer spun correctly. The issue was resolved, and the customer was satisfied with the restored functionality of their LG front-load washer.

The dryer now operates smoothly, with the steam cycles functioning as intended, providing a clean and efficient drying experience.
