Andrew does an adequate/average job. However, I miss the attention to detail that Steve provided with the same service 2 years ago without prompting. Andrew seemed unsure of what he was supposed to do. No internal check of correct temps in refrigerator or freezer, but reset the temps anyway. Was hesitant when I asked if he would move refrig out for additional cleaning (by me) and more. Not what I expected w $149.00 service charge, previously $99 2 yrs ago. Total of 20 mins of service.

My GE dryer of many years needed repairs Andrew arrived and did what he does best fix appliances and let me tell you this dryer had some issues but Andrew did not stop until he resolved all the issues. Great guy and Great company.
